The doors to the bedrooms slam very loudly, need to have slow closing fixtures attached. Some of the sun beds were broken at both pools and it can be difficult to get a bed at the smaller pool unless you get there early. The reserving of sun bed rule isn’t followed even though there are signs

Perfectly relaxing beach hotel

Location - right in front of the sea and a 3-min. walk to the beach Design - tastefully decorated, big and comfortable rooms All-inclusive that met all our needs - it's a buffet, not à la carte, but we could always choose from the available options, there was always plenty of food even if we arrived by the end of the service, lots of fresh veggies to choose from The staff - we felt very welcome, everyone was extremely nice and professional Spa for the rainy days :)

Just small suggestions for improvement, nothing major: there could be more fruits to choose from in the buffet, we noticed that sometimes the pool bar opened later or closed earlier than supposed to, the beds with the sea view were often reserved using towels, resulting in not all the guests being able to use them throughout the day - it would be great to call people's attention to it

Wonderful

We had the top floor suite. It was amazing. Very quiet and spacious. Shower was great. Bed was very comfortable and amazing view from the top floor. Really good quality soaps etc. The sunbeds weren’t ridiculously busy. We were able to get a sunbed in the middle of the day. Pool was also a comfortable temp and easy access to bar. The buffet breakfast was good as well as the dinner (nothing amazing but good)

We originally were on the first floor. Next to the door to access the bar/pool and it was incredible loud. So we upgraded our room. The door slamming was ridiculously loud. So avoid that

Very Good

The staff are the true highlight. Everybody is very nice. The food was good; plenty of options to choose from, and meat and fish grilled fresh, both at lunch and dinner time The drinks selection was also OK, although I thought they could do better with the wine selection, given the abundance of options available both locally and nationwide. Both pools are nice, for different reasons. Scoring a lounger by the front pool is a plus, as you get a nice view of the sea, but there are just 22 of them, so be prepared to queue up before 9:30. The back pool is OK too, though: it still gets enough sunlight despite being located on the north side.

Charging for the usage of the safe is mean. Same for the pool towels (only the first is free; you get charged if you want it replaced). Lack of drinking water in the room. It should at least be provided upon arrival. Free parking would also be nice.

Lovely hotel, nice people, great location, amazing rooms, all the services you need and more BUT dog food.

The view is very pretty and directly on the sea. The room is beautiful and big. The pools are exceptional, especially the chill-out pool. The spa is very relaxing and has a variety of activities. The beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel but they don’t have their own beach. Plenty of regular-priced stores in a walking distance, with all essentials easily available. They have a nice bar with so many drinks included as a part of the all-inclusive package.

This is subjective but I didn’t like the food at all! I hardly could find anything that tasted good, for the price however I accept the quality of the food. The toilet paper was terrible, if you have a drop of water on your finger that was enough to tear the poor thing apart and then stick to your hand leaving an annoying sticky white evidence. The staff is very friendly, however sometimes they seemed to be a bit sad, I think the hotel should appreciate them more. It would positively affect the experience of the guests. I honestly didn’t like that they don’t have a private beach in the beginning but grew to enjoy what they have. It’s also kind of my mistake i should’ve checked.

The view from the hotel is pretty nice. It is also quite quiet so nice and relaxing. Everything else was average. Beds were the best part.

The design of the room was ok but not great. The location is on the other end of the island making it quiet and no atmosphere. The breakfast was not great,variety should be improved. Kettle in room did not work

The rooms were modern, beds were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was very close to main restaurants and the beach.

It meets basic needs for the area

We loved that this was far from the MAIN tourist area. This is about an hour from Palma. The hotel location in terms of the beach was so convenient. There were also a lot of restaurants closed by and shops/markets for your needs. Would recommend renting a car if you're staying in the area but like people have said, there is no parking with the hotel so your option is street parking and public parking IF AVAILABLE. For the hotel, like people commented, by 10am, the front hotel pool is already full or people have placed towels so we never really got to enjoy this feature. There is a pool in the back if you don't mind it. We also didn't use the SPA feature so I cannot make a comment. There is a convenient weigh scale for luggage which was 1e each use. Breakfast was also nice and a lot of options. You have to pay 4e per day for the safe and they will provide beach towel for free but if you want additional or clean ones they will charge additional 1e each day.

I put the DO NOT DISTURB / NO CLEANING SERVICE NEEDED sign on the whole time and they came into the room twice which is what I did not like. There is only 1 thin sheet they provided and the thermometer wasn't the friendliest so it was really cold a lot of the nights and cannot get too comfortable for this. The airport transfer was not available for us to/from and it is 100e each way even though they advertise free airport transfer. The renting of the car was the cheaper move and made more sense just challenges with parking. The staff was OK not very welcoming. We also asked them to help us set up the TV and they said someone would come up to the room and no one ever did.
